Getting Started

Sign up with your email. We use passwordless authentication, so you will receive a code to verify your identity. No passwords to remember.
2. Start Your First Conversation
Once logged in, start chatting immediately. Tell Flast about yourself, your goals, and what you are working on. The more context you provide, the more helpful it becomes.
3. Add Memories
Visit the Memories section to add important information you want Flast to always remember. This could be your job, your current projects, or your long-term goals.
4. Choose Your Persona
In Settings, select a default persona that matches your preferred communication style. You can also switch personas for individual conversations.
